I did a little internet research today, and it seems that my headaches coincide with my menstrual cycle, which is fairly common. It also seems that I might have to give up red wine, which is a terrible thing akin to me giving up coffee.
On a more positive note, I've lost 3 lbs already on Weight Watchers! Bryan and I made a chart so we can compare our weight loss from week to week. The website says you should make realistic health goals and then reward yourself each week when you meet your goal. So, here are my health goals:
- Run on the elliptical machine at least three times a week.
- Take my vitamins
That's it. I'm starting small, people. Now, I just have to think of a good reward...

I'll add that to my to-do list. Bryan will be delighted.
At the weight watchers meetings, my leader says rewards shouldn't be food, for obvious reasons. Examples she gave were: a new pair of earrings, magazine, purse. things like that. That's interesting about the red wine thing.
