Oh, man, today started out bad!!! If you looked at me an hour ago, I'm sure you would have seen the dark, black cloud over my head. I think it's finally dissipating.

So, it all started when I sank into a sad mood last night. I don't know why, I just felt sad. For no good reason. Then, Bryan kept me up late watching a violent, sad movie, (Lord of War), which didn't help things. So, at around 1:00 am, I ran a hot bath, sulked, and then got in bed at 1:45.

I woke up at 5:15, hit snooze a couple of times, contemplated not getting out of bed at all, then got up and got ready for practice. When I pulled out of my parking spot, I noticed a strange lump-lump-grind sound coming from my tire area. I put the car in park, got out and looked: my stupid left tire was entirely flat. Now, if you happen to read my blog or talk to me on a regular basis, you know that this is my third tire problem in as many weeks. I've replaced one and had two more repaired. Well, the last one finally gave up sometime during the night.

I cursed, parked, and walked back into the condo to inform my sleeping husband of the problem. He gave me his car keys and told me he'd take care of it (I think that was probably nice of him, but I didn't really notice until later).

I drove his special-needs Honda to practice, but not before stopping for an emergency venti non-fat mocha.

Nothing else has happened to me, but it's taken me approximately five hours to get over my bad morning. Praise The Lord today is Thursday. I desperately need a weekend!
