This morning, as I headed to my properly-tired car, I felt a lovely little chill in the air. Fall is trying to sneak in a week early! Love it, love it, love it. It must have caused the change in the weather when I decorated for Halloween last week.

So, last night was a little crazy. We had a game, and several things happened: Lauren gave our captain the performance music at practice, which I didn't know because I was gone fixing my tire. Then, Ethan got sick and threw up on his poor mama, so Lauren couldn't get to the game. Meanwhile, our captain forgot the performance music, and sent her dad home to get it. Well, amidst all this chaos, the 9th grade football team was playing speed football, so at :25 'til half time, we still had no music! I mustered a look of calm and marched up to the press box and asked if we could perform after the game. Please.

So, that's what we did. The girls did wonderfully, and less than two hours later, we were all headed home. Craziest game ever.

So, I found a new source for clothes! I have never shopped at Ann Taylor Loft before, and I always wondered what the difference between Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft was. Apparently, the clothes at Loft are a little bit cheaper and a tad more casual. So, I bought a few fall-ish pieces for work: this and this. Now I'm all set. For now.
