Oh, hooray for Friday! It’s a lovely, crisp autumn day. Well, maybe not crisp… that’s a stretch, but it is nice. I’m making a pot of chili tonight for me and my hubby, and maybe we'll cuddle up in front of the TV with our bowls.

Tomorrow, we have a dance competition that the girls are not ready for. October is really too early for competitions for us, but it’s a good thing to have dances ready and compete this early. It allows us to get some feedback from the judges about choreography, etc. and also allows us to see our competition. So, I’ll just keep telling myself that tomorrow. Over and over.

And then… I’m baking for the rest of the day. I’m making caramel apple bars, pumpkin cupcakes and pumpkin bundt cake. Yum! I know. Can’t wait.
