Hi! I'm alive, world. And I think I'm over the hump.
Well, sort of: I have my two biggest grants of the year due March 10th and March 15th. It's kind of like having two huge college capstone projects due in the same week. And as you can probably imagine (and relate to) they keep getting put on the back burner because they're not due tomorrow!
But you know what? There's not much in life a big bowl of macaroni and cheese can't fix, and I mean the cheap-ass kind of mac'n cheese. That's right, I use the word "ass" on my blog now. Hee hee.
Tomorrow, I head off to Dallas for a drill team competition: giggles and nerves, skittles and pizza, late nights and hair spray... you know.

Awww Deb. Hope you have fun in Dallas, and NATIONALS thats so great. I am so excited for my trip to OKC, three weeks and counting. Hope I can see you. If you cannot make it to the city I may just have to get to Tulsa.
Have fun in Dallas. I like the cheap ass macaroni. They make it in whole grain now, so it's not quite as bad.
Mac and cheese...I think I used to eat that...one day, I will again, I promise!! Have in in Dallas. Love you!
