Hi friends and family! I didn't have a chance to post yesterday. It was a busy day at work.

I bought a salad spinner! I will be trying it out this weekend. Bryan's dad, Ken, is coming up to Tulsa to visit, and we have dinner plans on Friday. The menu: margaritas, stuffed baked potatoes, steaks and a salad made with red leaf lettuce from the farmer's market, which I will personally spin in my salad spinner.

Officer tryouts are keeping Lauren and I pretty busy. Because this officer line will be the first group I've known will be my own, I'm incredibly nervous about making the right choice! Agh.
