The House

Now that none of you read my blog anymore, since you're sure I haven't posted anything exciting in weeks, I'm finally going to share a photo montage of the house. So here it is:

Our first home!

A little closer.

As you enter the house, the first room on the right is Bryan's office. We actually both use it frequently, but it has a very manly feel, so I refer to it as "Bryan's office."

Here's a closer look at the dark brown crown moulding and the cool wallpaper.

Another look at the wallpaper. It's very different- but we both love it!

And here's the living room, where you can see that I've already put up my Christmas decorations. This seemed a lot easier to me than actually having to decorate for real. More time to think and plan!

A view of the living room from the dining room.

And here's my favorite area of the house.

My center island, complete with dishes in the sink.

I'm sure this picture doesn't do it justice, but this is what my counter-tops look like.

My wine rack, already displaying a few bottles.

My brick back splash.

The south guest bedroom, complete with luxury futon... ha!

Here's the wallpaper from the guest bathroom. It's only on the ceiling!

This is the tile in the entry way, kitchen and both bathrooms.

A glimpse into our very messy master bedroom... I thought you might enjoy the boxes and clothes on the floor.

And here's my second favorite area of the house: my big bath tub. I've taken a bath every night since we've been here! Bryan keeps saying he's terrified to see our water bill.

And here's the shower in the master bath.

And that's it for now, folks! I can't believe Thanksgiving is in one day! Tonight, I made some chocolate chip cookie bars and three of my mom's famous cheese logs. Have a wonderful, safe holiday!
