Friends, I'm feeling a bit frustrated about work today. Do you ever feel like you are fighting for something right, something good, but the rest of the world just doesn't get it? You may be laughing to yourself right now since you all know I'm talking about fighting the good fight for a ballet company, but it's something I believe in so strongly. For me, it's black and white- I think people should choose to align themselves with excellence. Why settle for an imitation when you can have the best available? But guess what? Some people don't care!

At the moment, I'm feeling all alone in my fight, and having a little pity party for myself. I probably need a little slice of perspective right about now.
