I'm back home after a fun-filled Tulsa weekend. I spent some wonderful Q.T. with my family, hung out with friends and co-workers and enjoyed the Ballet. The company is just amazing this year.

Funny story from the weekend- I packed a two-layer, silk sheath dress to wear to the season opening gala. When I went to put on the dress (forty minutes before I was supposed to be there), I realized I had left the silk slip dress part and only had the shear, beaded overlay. I pulled on some jeans, jumped in the car and drove to White House, where they rescued me with a dress, shoes and earrings. They even steamed the dress for me, and still had me out of the store in twenty minutes. Whew!

I had today off. I took a nap, read a book and made stew.

I have zero faith in the US justice system now, by the way.

And with that happy little thought, I'll say goodnight for now.
